After months of looking for a car, this place was so much better than all the others. Turned up and the car I wanted to see wasn't there, no problem he said, we will fetch the car so you can see it and while you wait help yourself to coffee, biscuits or cake. Thirty minutes later, I'm being handed the keys and we go out for a test drive, I notice the touch screen isn't working as Tulica tries to turn off the previous drivers music, no problem, rest of the car seems faultless. Go back to sort out all the boring bits and arrange a day to pick up. Gets a call the day before asking if they can reschedule as they notice the touch screen isn't 100% and they want to replace it. All in all I can't find any fault, there was no hard sell or trying to push anything I didn't want, when Tulica asked if I wanted the ceramic coating and I said no he said OK, no problem. I would definitely go back there when it's time to get another car.

I had a great time with Tulica at Noya Motor Group in Durham. He treated me really well throughout the whole purchase process by being honest, quick to communicate and a man who stands by his word. He gave me £200 off the purchase price of Williams polish and coating with a lifetime guarantee which looked awesome and a free 3 month guarantee on the car. He also has ordered some replacement parts, a door handle and a badge for the car, that will be fitted soon at the companies own cost. I am overall very happy with my car and feel like a bagged a really good bargain especially with all the software upgrades on the car.

Bought myself a BMW M3.
