Experiencing an Issue with Your Vehicle?

Within the first 30 days of purchase:

If you encounter a fault with your vehicle, please scan the QR code on the back of the AA booklet you received upon collection. This will guide you through the next steps. Alternatively, you can email us at [email protected], and we'll be happy to assist you.

After 30 days of purchase:

If more than 30 days have passed and you experience an issue, please contact your warranty provider (Auto Protect) using the details provided at the time of purchase. They will be able to assist you in resolving the matter.

Making a Warranty Claim

To process any warranty claim, it is essential that you contact Auto Protect for pre-authorization before any repair work begins. Failure to do so may result in your claim being invalid.
