Thirty minutes later, I'm being handed the keys and we go out for a test drive, I notice the touch screen isn't working as Tulica tries to turn off the previous drivers music, no problem, rest of the car seems faultless. Go back to sort out all the boring bits and arrange a day to pick up. Gets a call the day before asking if they can reschedule as they notice the touch screen isn't 100% and they want to replace it. All in all I can't find any fault, there was no hard sell or trying to push anything I didn't want, when Tulica asked if I wanted the ceramic coating and I said no he said OK, no problem. I would definitely go back there when it's time to get another car.
